The Social Science curriculums allow students to explore and critically construct their knowledge and understanding the society is which they live and their place within it.
Students are provided with opportunities to investigate the changing world in terms of natural and social systems, culture, place and resources, examining how these changes influence and impact upon their lives, the society and the environment.
Social Science curriculums promote and encourage students to become well informed and active citizens who can make judgements and critical decisions about the world in which they live.
