Rowing talent identification

With the 2032 Brisbane Olympics now on the horizon, Rowing Australia and the ACT Academy of Sport are on the lookout for the next generation of Australian champions.

High performance rowing can lead to many opportunities such as university scholarships in the US and UK, to international competition and ultimately national and Olympic representation.

The initial criteria ACT Rowing are looking for is anyone aged 15 and above who is taller than 180cmand interested in high-performance sport.

If you think you meet these criteria and are interested, please touch base with Mrs Stevens, Mrs Reppion-Smith or Miss Hammond in the PE staffroom.

For those who are successfully talent identified Rowing ACT will then provide a pathway to fast track physical and technical development, ensuring you get every opportunity to realise your full potential and succeed at the highest level.
