To submit an application for enrolment at St Francis Xavier College, complete the form below.
Enrolments for Year 7 and 11 2026 are open.
Enrolments for Year 7 2026 must be submitted by Friday, 30 May 2025.
Information evening and other events
We highly recommend attending our information events throughout March—May each year. These events not only provide you with all the information you require for enrolment, but also gives you a sense of what life is like within the SFX Community.

How to enrol
To complete the application form, you will need to upload the following information. Original documents will need to be presented at the time of the interview.
- Birth certificate (not commemorative) or passport.
- Certificate of Baptism (if applicable).
- Family Law, Personal Protection Order or Other Relevant Court Orders (if applicable).
- Last report from the previous school (not applicable for Kindergarten enrolments).
- Visa grant notice for permanent and temporary visa-holders (if applicable) – for both student and parent(s) / legal guardian(s).
- Any medical reports and/or other assessment reports for students with additional learning needs (if applicable).
- Any medical reports and/or other assessment reports for students with additional learning needs (if applicable).
Submission of an application does not guarantee a place in your school of choice.
A non-refundable application fee of $100 applies to ACT Secondary Schools upon application.
After submission
The school will be in contact with you to discuss your application. If an offer of place is provided, parents/legal guardians will be required to sign a statement of obligation.
