Now in its 11th year National Skills Week is dedicated to raising the profile and status of vocational learning, dispelling outdated myths and showcasing the attractive career opportunities for all Australians.
This year the week will again set out to bring to life the positive messages, highlighting the talents, skills, career pathways and value of apprentices and trainees across Australia to the wider public and employers.
WHAT’S ON?
There are hundreds of fantastic events being run across the country. Working within the restrictions imposed by COVID-19 and the need to maximise safety for all, a wide range of online, digital and physical events will take place for 2021.
Here is just a sneak peak of what’s taking place throughout the week.
Monday 23 August, 12pm – 1pm:

Live streaming of skills stage and WorldSkills National Competition from the Skills West Careers Expo. Links will become available on the National Skillls Week website.
