Discovering Ancient Egypt with Year 10

Our Year 10 had a fun excursion to National Gallery of Australia’s latest exhibition, Discovering Ancient Egypt.

Displaying collection from the Dutch National Museum of Antiquities (Rijksmuseum van Oudheden), our students were fascinated with the artefacts, ranging from mummies, sculptures, scrolls and jewelries from as old as 3,000 years ago. The trip provides insightful knowledge of the ancient Egyptians’ everyday life, culture and beliefs.
