Hospitality Pop-Up Cafe, Term 3
August 22, 2024This term, our Senior Hospitality students showcased their culinary skills with a successful pop-up cafe, running over two days across two weeks. The menu delighted everyone with a variety of savoury dishes, including seafood laksa, butternut pumpkin and Persian feta tart and beetroot and goat cheese tart.
For those with a sweet tooth, the cafe offered lemon streusel muffins, raspberry and white chocolate muffins, and an array of frappes. Students and staff also enjoyed crumpets served with lemon curd and cinnamon butter.
The pop-up cafe was a fantastic opportunity for our students to apply their skills and creativity, receiving enthusiastic feedback from all who attended. Congratulations to our talented hospitality students for their hard work and dedication!
