SFX student wins the 2022 Money Challenge
October 27, 2022Recently 8 SFX students competed in the Suncorp ESSI Money Challenge where students complete a series of online financial challenges. They:
- compete against students from all over Australia, rather than just in their own class/school
- compete within a defined 2-week period
- are able to monitor their progress daily through our website on a national Leader Board and are eligible to win prize money for themselves and their school
In the Suncorp ESSI Money Challenge students are separated into two age categories: 12-15 and 16-18 and the players with the three highest scores are the winners of each category.
This year, SFX Year 10 student Oliver Zapasnik won first place in the ACT’s 16-18 age category.
Congratulations to Oliver for this outstanding achievement and for his efforts. Oliver received an EFTPOS gift card to the value of $200—with everything he’s learned in the challenge, we’re sure he’ll spend his money wisely!
