St Francis Xavier College is a Christian School in the Catholic tradition committed to providing excellence in education. We aim to provide a nurturing, supportive and enriching environment in which students have the opportunity to develop spiritually, academically, socially, physically and emotionally into confident and capable and engaged members of the broader community.
The College curriculum is in keeping with contemporary educational theory and trends. The focus addresses current and future needs of all its students through best practice in teaching and learning in a supportive and stimulating environment. The College agreed teaching and learning practices are continually developing through ongoing professional learning and dialogue.
The College provides students with numerous chances to pursue their interests and abilities in the fields of learning, athletics, the arts, and religion, both as required coursework and through extracurricular activities. All-year groups of students are given the chance to grow as leaders and contribute back to their communities.
