One Community is all about creating connections and opening the world of choice, control and empowerment for people with disabilities. One Community is running their Ready-Set-Connect Event on Thursday 29 April 2021. The event brings service providers together with Parents/Carers, Support Coordinators, Teachers and LACS in a fun and interactive speed dating format.
