Visual Arts, Term 3
August 22, 2024This semester in Visual Art we have been exploring the Elements and Principles of art, Landscapes and the Urban environment, People and Portraiture to name a few.
The Visual Art displays have been updating constantly with new work. Please enjoy the following pictures showing various displays around SFX.
On the 20th of August, Year 9 Visual Art and Photography students were invited to participate in an excursion to the Arboretum. The Visual Art class was focusing on drawing landscapes en plein air (in the open air) while the photography students were practicing using their cameras experimenting with various functions. We first went to Dairy Farmers Hill lookout, then to the main building to capture some stunning views on a fantastic sunny day.
