Year 11 ready themselves to be school leaders

On Tuesday 15 February the Year 11 students engaged in the Year 11 Leadership Day, a day designed to develop students’ leadership skills and capacity as they embrace their new roles as senior students.

The day was facilitated by staff from Burn Bright, who explored what it means to be a leader and asked the students to reflect on their own values and qualities of leadership.

The day was interactive with many opportunities for the students to work with their friends and peers. It was a wonderful way for the Year 11 students to start their journey as senior students, leaders and role models for the students at St Francis Xavier College.
