Excursion Information

Dear Parents and Carers,

To enable the smooth organisation of excursions, it is important signed permission notes are returned by the due date.  We are unable to accept verbal permission and cannot accept any form of permission on the day of the excursion.   This is due to the need to confirm bookings and any associated buses, catering, and preparation of medications for students.

If the excursion is a whole year group event such as a reflection day, this is the scheduled program for that year group for that day; no other program will be offered at school to cater for students not attending.

To ensure your child can participate in the variety of excursions supporting our academic program, it is essential the correct forms are submitted by the specified date.  Your assistance supports the efforts of all staff involved in organising these events.
