Planting sunflower seeds for new beginnings
March 11, 2022Year 7 have been working hard in the garden planting sunflower seeds that were kindly donated by the Spirituality and Liturgy Team.
The seeds represent the new beginning of their journey in Secondary school at SFX. They have been working in teams to create small planting tubs to protect the seeds from the weather and then they will nurture them to full growth later in the year. They all finished off doing a little weeding in the garden beds.
Well done Year 7!
